Returns and Exchanges

We want you to love your new jewels! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from katecrawfordjewelry.com, we offer refunds, merchandise credit, or exchanges based on the timeline below.


1. Eligibility and Timeline


Full Refund

Up to 14 days

All full-price merchandise.


Merchandise Credit or Exchange

Up to 30 days

All full-price merchandise.


All returned items must be in their original, unworn, and saleable condition, free of any damage or signs of wear. All original packaging (jewelry boxes, pouches, tags) must be included. We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these criteria.


2. Non-Returnable and Final Sale Items

The following items are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for a refund, merchandise credit, or exchange:

  • Discounted Items: All purchases made with a promotional discount, or marked as Clearance, or designated as SAMPLE SALE purchases.
  • Personalized Items: Any item that has been customized, engraved, sized, or altered at the customer's request.
  • Earrings: Due to hygiene reasons.
  • Worn or Damaged Items: Items showing any signs of wear or damage.


3. Domestic Return Process (U.S.)

  1. Contact Us: Please email us at kate@katecrawfordjewelry.com with your original order number and intention to return or exchange.
  2. Packaging: Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging, ensuring the jewelry is protected from damage during transit.
  3. Shipping: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping method, insuring the package for the full purchase value, and requiring a signature upon delivery. Kate Crawford Jewelry LLC is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

4. International Returns

For international returns, please contact our customer service team at kate@katecrawfordjewelry.com or call 205-441-4252. International returns are handled on a case-by-case basis, as customs fees, duties, or additional shipping costs may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.


5. Refunds and Credits

  • Refund Method: If the return is approved following inspection, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Processing Time: Please allow 5-10 business days for the return to be processed once it is received and approved.
  • Merchandise Credit: Merchandise credit is issued as a digital gift card or unique code, redeemable on katecrawfordjewelry.com.
