• Cancellations: If the Company cannot fulfill your order, we will notify you and refund any money paid within 30 days. You warrant that the goods you order are for retail purchases and not for commercial resale.

• Shipping Charges: Shipping charges are non-refundable in the event of a merchandise return.

• Eligibility: Kate Crawford Jewelry merchandise purchased through the Website can be returned for a refund within 14 days of purchase provided the merchandise is in its original condition.
